Plain answers about what this site collects, what it does not, and how to get something taken down. Last updated November 2, 2026.
What we count about visitors
We keep a simple count of visits so we know which pages people read. Each count holds the page, where the visitor came from (for example Facebook), the kind of device, a random browser number, how long the page stayed open, and the visitor's city and state. It holds no name, no email, no phone number and no street address.
The city is worked out from the connection address inside our own server, in memory, and the address itself is then thrown away. We do not store it and we do not send it to anyone.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they use. Google may set cookies for this. You can stop it with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Ads
This site may show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technology to show ads based on a visitor's earlier visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners show ads to visitors based on their visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
You can turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com, or opt out of many ad companies at once at aboutads.info/choices. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
The arrests and DWI lists
The lists come from the public jail rosters of the Washington County and Benton County, Arkansas sheriff's offices. Being booked is not being convicted. Every person is listed as charged, not convicted.
If your case was dismissed, dropped, sealed or expunged, or you were listed by mistake, use the request removal form. The details you give there (your name, contact email and reason) are read by us only to review your request and to reply to you.
